Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Damages:
Texas Rebel Smoked Meat Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your beef jerky does not arrive fresh or is compromised in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the product or offer a full refund, depending on your preference. To process your request, we may ask for details of the issue and, if necessary, request that the product be returned to us for inspection.

Handling and Storage Instructions:
To ensure that your beef jerky remains fresh after opening, please follow these storage instructions:

Keep the jerky in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
After opening, reseal the package tightly or transfer the jerky to an airtight container.
For extended freshness, you can refrigerate the product, though it's not required.
